It will definitely rise. Just have a look at the announcements. They release great investment announcement almost every weeks. No MM/MC companies releases as many announcements as MMJ. All these investment diversification of MMJ will fruit soon from different sources.
The momentum is slowly and steadily building up and inevitably the sp will shoot up.
