Zylotech's troubles go back to the substantial backer mr Chris Kyriakou ..an 80s player in speculative mining stocks who with the colourful exjournalist John Byrne worked on a number of would-be miners including Pan D'Or and Walhalla Mining.
They developed an unsavoury reputation for turning good prospects into not so good ( iron ore miner Aztec Resources, now taken over by Mt Gibson being the notable exception) projects. Kyriakou was once quoted in an AFR interview saying" we take other people's money and turn it into sh-t".
My conclusion:
this deancorp guy will be good for a short term run.
