re: Ann: Deans Knight ceasing to be a substan... Just finished reading through Dean Knights latest statement they are listed on the TSX, they where one of MBN biggest supporters, it was their 5 th biggest holding.
They talked glowingly about the project and the management ,they stated the notes or bonds as they call them have been discounted to 70$ , I believe the bonds can now be bt for 40 dlrs.It also stated that the MBN plant alone has A 1 bill replacement value, so why they dumped is beyond me. They invest in stocks worldwide so the delisting from the TSX has zero to do with the sale. They also deal in discounted bonds, so maybe they are buying the bonds at 30 thinking they might get 100 back. Never worked in bond mkt only share market for 37 years, so can't comment about how the bond thing plays out. Go on their website good reading.
