@kor187 I believe so, because they want Noble to still be their cornerstone investor and if they do a capital raise. It will dilute their holding unless they make it so Noble has to take up 15.5% of the capital raise. But I am more concerned about this sentence "The Company also notes that the independent analysis by its offtake and marketing partner, Noble, hasdetermined that the shipment zinc grades are lower (ranging with up to a 25% error) than the grades reported by the onsite independent laboratory contractor SGS Nigeria, a division of the international analysis company SGS Global." How much impact will this cause to the cashflow and why can't they get paid for the first 3 shipping as this will bring investor to the table. Let me know your thoughts SL1 holders.
