Well, as negative as some people are, this is a sign of support and confidence from Michael & Suzanne Gregg and Gelba. Not sure why they are willing to convert at 1.4 c rather than the current share price but looks good. I continue to see brisk business when visiting Wyong, Bulehdelah and Port Macquarie on trips up north. Maybe shutting down the less profitable stores will allow the stronger ones not to be dragged down. We will see. I think the Greggs and Gelba must have reason to be hopeful and to be frank, its a good business and i have other friends visiting now as well and enjoy the experience. .
