It isn't. Investment ist something where you can assign with very high probability a value and then buy if there is let's say a 20% or 50% discount.
Troy is essentially an explorer now. Nobody can assure you they will find gold. Higher risk, but higher upside as well. Ultimately this can be a multi-bagger.
I think when they update LOM this could return to investment status, depends on the figures and share price though.
