this is a great stock and business but far out absolutely trash managers.

based on previous experience of bad managers on small caps, this stock has a long way to fall.

really disappointed as this is a genuinely good and potentially profitable business, but it just amazes me that listed companies can get away with these kind of announcements. if i wasnt still holding, id be ringing the asx to look into the debt announcement as misleading the market to try get a better cap raise price.

gltah, but ive got my finger ready on the sell trigger. will keep holding in the hope they turn this around and announce a truly spectacular fy19 result.
