I think the Debt Restructure Ann tells us just how " in due course"...how things are "progressing well" and possibly the expected outcome of any such rumoured meeting with the President....surely, if TM is in the country hoping for what a select few hear in private phone calls post here, there wouldn't be need for debt restructure....and just how long has TM been 'progressing well' in Tanzania this time ?....and I bet he ain't staying in a homestay or a backpackers.....great lifestyle....why would anyone want this up and then have to start work building a mind etc etc...
