good summation what a debacle to claim this is better than dilution from another CR is hard to reconcile on those terms when not knowing the interest rate.
That royalty agreement just goes to show how desperate the company are to keep the lights on. If the company really believes in the future cashflow they wouldn’t have given away 12.5% royalty for spare change ….
