I would have thought that the royalty interest being provided to the company owned by the incoming chairman (but our biggest equity holder) would have needed shareholder approval.
Anyhow we are clearly bent over a barrel and another 30 million dumped on market. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the outgoing directors
