I was going to cruelly bet all my shares in the company and say you're wrong and they'll get the money, but if you win the bet, you'd get nothing! Let's hope - for all our sakes - that they get the dosh...but from the current government, the buoys would probably have to be made of lumps of coal to attract any funding. Hopefully announcement is December 6 and not the next day...for December 7 is a date that lives on in infamy...
