Refer the final paragraph in ASX announcement by MFG on 7th December "Purchase of options over closed class units in MGF", also an article in SMH "How this maverick investor pulled off a $20 million virtual corporate heist". Other articles available on AFR etc. I don't quite understand why no announcement from KBC given the profit on the trade was greater than their market cap at the time.
