thanks for the SOFR rate.
USD 11m /0.66m =aud17m+16m cash on hand = 33m which is what they wanted to hold before they going for full production.
6months term is sweet as we do not need more than that, we should be able to pay within 3months after full production.
Also no option were issued this time.
