Bella, is it a line of credit loan, where KCN gets to just draw on what they need as they need it, or has KCN locked themselves into the whole loan amount for 6 months?
Lotus Hall we’re just charging a simple 12%/annum fee…is this loan better or worse in terms of cost of loan?
if KCN produces 5000oz per month for 6 months at $AU3000/oz, the royalty cost is $675,000 I think.
If KCN produces their forecast 10,0000oz per month for 6 months, that is $1.35m….so perhaps pick a figure in the middle: $1m….
so, just roughly are we looking at paying $1m plus about half of 10%/annum interest charge on $17m loan in Australian dollars = $850,000
total about $1.85m for a 6 month loan for a $17m loan….that is horrible!
the lotus hall loan at 12%/year is better…
….
are my calculations wrong?
