I like the fact they are looking at debt finance not equity. Equity financing would have been a very large dilution. I thought the shares were very good value even allowing for a lot of dilution, so although this news does imply extra leverage hence risk, IMHO the upside potential has just taken a massive jump upwards. Still some hurdles to jump, but IRD is looking @#$%^&* good!!
