Please read the comments from Bollinger and others. You say it takes years to progress in mining but more than 12 years and over half a dozen elements?
Also read about the chairman and CEO commitment to share price growth versus their own salaries. Out of the past board I found Dr Pet Collins and Ian Junk the guys with a track record of success. By quitting they also show a level of dignity or a will to preserve their legacy.
