The capex will drop. The work being done now will improve the build time. A little out of left field but maybe not so much considering Canadian equipment and chemicals industry is large and they are a bilingual country in English and French as official government languages. Plenty of ties, also with Hatch as some have said.It's all happening, a little slowly and no guaranteed and signed of major debt just yet but it won't be far away.
