    The 13 mill wall on the selling side has not allowed any news to make a difference in the sp no matter how good. The milestones that have been achieved By Qpm in conjunction with $45mill in the bank are pretty impressive. Sadly the “suppression-ers” have taken advantage of Qpm’s poor communication and that nothing short of FID/funding seems like is going to move it.
