    only a few hundred mill left to raise to hit that 60/40 capital split, then add in the cost reductions and reduced inflation and announcement of share investment raise for the remaining few hundred mill, then FID

    add to that the turn in the markets once the banking crisis dissapears from the news feed, we could start to see a rapid climb
