    Some news is nice to see, clearly financiers are not concerned with the debt ratio as was indicated by more knowledgeable posters earlier in the piece. Recent calculations indicate even if QPM borrowed 2 billion it would be recovered in 4-5 years, looking forward to see who gets locked in next.
