Plenty of talk about SIF off the back of the 400mill Canadain injection. What are the chances SIF matches this amount or even more? QPM are definitely in the game.
Dreaming, but imagine fully funded and no dilution. 2.1bill seems a lot, though to the big fish this is only fish food.
