I believed that statement that Vald and PB didn't care about share price but that all changed when Vald debt for equity swap at $0.008. You have to remember they did capital raise 1.1 cents and day before rasie shares were 1.5 cents and why didnt wait generally positive PFS to be relasesd. Why hired new CEO when last quarterly showed low cash balance while PB on books. If they were going to do CR I doubt Vlad debt for equity swap probably be defered. I my view very good chance they do deal Saudi.
