Hi Redstripes, that's an interesting take on it. From the TK announcement

"Exclusive long-term commercial agreement between the parties for the sale of a minimum 20,000 tonnes
per annum (tpa) of refractory grade natural flake graphite in Europe, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and Korea"

To me it indicates perhaps the agreement is exclusive based on the grade, doesn't say refractory use. So if its refractory grade can we sell it to battery manufacturers? or does it have to be non refractory grade to enable this?
