I make no recommendation or offer any opinion on the bonafides of the firm purporting to make an offer as announced today by RES. But I do find interesting the timing and vagueness of the announcement, a simplistic website and inferior track record if these all apparently relate to the supposed very wealthy funder after I have simply searched online. For the sake of the company and executives involved I do hope the offer is sincere and comes to something. Time will tell.
