Guys, I think there's definitely questions to be asked. The announcement was a little light on for detail and there's not much info on HAB & JPR Privée in the public forum, but that doesn't mean they aren't legit. In any case, it's only a MOU!!! Until a contract is signed and funds are available, anything can happen.

For me, the timing of today's announcement is intriguing. Did Noble launch a strike on RES because they knew PJ was close to a deal with another financier or has PJ rushed through an MOU with HAB & JPR Privée to regain the favour of investors and avoid being ousted.

Games are being played which means there is definitely still interest in the project. This has to be seen as a positive development by shareholders, which I'm sure is a welcome change.
