Is this potential euro or equivalent currency going to b used to pay increasing total costs or to invest in some thing profitable. I'm not going back over financials but i thought tls's debt had increased to around $15,000,000,000 aud. So this $15,000,000,000 potential euro raising is massive and does not include any notes already issued.I didn't read entire announcement but did tls mention the value of the notes already issued and when they fall due.? So y the lge figure.?How much debt does cfo think she will require.? Now compared to a mini co like sxe with no debt ,$54m in the bank and constant reference to looking for acquisitions. hmm even when money is cheap,an astute co should make sure debt is under control especially when management is paying out basically all its profit in div and ebitda and profit guidance is forecast down. But we have so many ex financial people on the board i'm sure they understands tls's finances.? .
