Sry Kitty and others imo tls is a squashed moggy as described,the sp collapsed before corona,the latest update was negative.
I find it amusing hc posters r positive re tls while tls management continues to warn holders of profit downside risk.
My ph calls r free ,my data is more than i ever use and tls and optus have increased free data allowance.
The only value for foxtel is fox sports.?But no sport ? domestic or global.
We basically now own half the business we did own ie we now only produce the profit from the mobile network because thodeys $1b cpi linked lease nbn payments and the $2.5b fixed cost reduction have had no effect on maintaining ebitda how ever u want to try and describe it.
And both lease figure and cost cutting r material figures in finabncials but ebitda continues to decline
So we r left with tls a mobile network now paying us half of what tls paid pre nbn ie half profit half div and as posted i don't blame thodey or conroy.
Lucky interest rates r so low,thats the only thing holding up tls and the belief by some holders the chairman can't b correct in suggesting profit has further to fall.
But at current share tls is paying approx 4.8 to 5% div because sp has alreadu fallen so much before corona.,
