They have not started building @Holdtight that was announced this morning. My bet is any components they need were sourced in China, and they are nowhere near impacted areas, so I don't think you have provided a watertight argument here unless the components were manufactured in Hubei region, but probably more like Guangzhou or somewhere else in Guangdong province.
