This is a company with $5m cash that has been withdrawn without any paperwork done. This cash alone would have given the company 0.3cps cash backing. With the 40% stake in BF, the SP should be at 0.6cps.
Yet the Directors somehow managed to empty the coffer and gave away millions of free shares within the last 6 months. Bringing the SP from 1c to 0.1c. Major failure for the Directors of EDM, past and present.
