re: Ann: SPS: Debt Reduction and Restructurin... I think out of the three dogs, EDM is the bitch who fed the other two dogs with cash.

EDM has no debt and owe $1.4m by MDA/SPS. Regardless of how much debt SPS has but SPS is still a going concern and continued to be listed on ASX.

Keeping the $760k on paper won't make SPS any worse but at least the SHs of EDM are not being taken for a ride by other two dogs. (no pun intended)
