I'm not spoiling for a blew. Reasoned differences of opinion (as opposed to personal attacks), that, I might be spoiling for. This is an internet discussion site after all, not an FMG fan club.

You ended your post with "thoughts?" and began it by saying you didn't think the chart could be ignored.

My thoughts were, I don't think FMG *IS* being ignored.

Perhaps I assumed you were joining in with the mindset of others on this forum that there is a conspiracy to keep the FMG share price down and to ignore good results and reports and that that, and not other reasons like doubts about the io price being sustainable, are the main reason for FMG's current share price being low. If I presumed that wrongly, I apologise.

From memory, last time FMG organised a tender to buy out debt note holders they bought out debt at above the market trading rate, so those holding notes could get better than the market rate from accepting the tender offer. That logic would not apply here because the notes are already trading above par not below.
