The options get exercised, most of the debt can be converted into equity at ~25cps at AMI's discretion (or repaid is cash) and the balance of the debt will be repaid from free cash flow.
Mine life will be extended and the market will re-rate this stock.
About 12-15minths ago I predicted 16cents and said that I would sell out when that target was hit. I have actually increased my stake and own more shares than I had back then. My personal opinion is that 2-4cps of value is being created every quarter so it's worth holding on.
