    I know Landocean wasn't in the driver seat,

    But I wonder how did RRS end up at $91 million!!!! debt? and with 10 billion outstanding shares!!!!!!!!!!!

    Was it consumed by excessive costs and director's excessive compensation?

    I know RRS was planning to sell it for $50 million and which Land ocean took for $91 million + $2 million cash
