    This deal sounds good. It would be considered as fair and reasonable to shareholders.
    Why didn't these clowns dream up this deal in the first place?
    Maybe shareholders told them that they were a pack of idiots and that they were going to vote down the previous deal.
    There were a lot of shareholders who weren't happy the last debt for equity conversion, but this deal will get past the post.
