gusto totally agree with you. I made a post about how I thought it was debt refinancing holding back the SP. This is definately our biggest hurdle. Will we get it .... who knows. like i said crystal ball would be good.
But I know this Centro properties was in a much worse place As where centro retail when they got their finacing. The intrest is being paid on these loans they would be crazy to call them in. Their just out to screw us. I think looking forward risk in the US is looking a lot better now then it did 12 or 24 months ago. Bankers know this.
