    did MDT release this ann. so that the price would drop further, allowing orbis to pick up more shares at a cheaper price, before a positive announcement? did they do it to piss orbis off after their recent holdings increase and make them want to avg down more?

    i just have this feeling that the refinancing will be a success. although my crystal ball may be faulty
