does not maquarie themselves have the means to do a cap raising? or offer investors say a debenture on mdt assets at 7% for 3 years, then lendf to mdt at 8%, mdt gerts the rollover, investors get a good return and the 1% MAQuarie make covers their costs? or is this to simplistic.
ask the investors, as a cap raising, to repay debt, but issue convertable notes ?
