The basis definition of Insolvency is the inability to meet debt repayments as and when they fall due.
From recent announcements one would likely conclude that MDT is close to insolvency, this of course is not the same as liquidation. IMO even if declared insolvent this would only be temporary until short term refinancing is found (expect it to be costly)
