I hope its not a rights issue again. There has already been two in the last two years which has diluted the sp. Although not really complaining, used my stimulus money to pick up the rights on offer back @ 0.003. Figured that was what the money was for...

I would prefer a JV over a takeover. I think this stock has been way two low considering the metal it has, and someone could take it over with a couple of hundred million, if that. The only reason why the sp has stayed so low is this issue of funding, not the substance of the company, but I guess cash in the bank is a pretty large part of it...
