Also, look at history of ANN's from this company. Eg due diligence was announced a day after the promised date which shook a lot of investors, SP took a hit (I brought in) then it was released from memory a day or 2 late. SP rose plenty. They are not a marketing company & won't announce news just to keep us happy. Though, if anything has changed regarding the deal they are obliged to ANN. If this was the case, SP will take a huge hit. I'll try my best to find the bottom and top up as they will have no worries finding more sophisticated investors for a deal like this.
