There is very little in this report of current interest. IT TELLS US NOTHING ABOUT THE APPS DOWNLOADS OR SUB UPTAKE SINCE NOV 30!!!!!! That’s 3 months and that’s just the timing of things. All of your questions should be around what has happened since then, not what happened before!

I think HC are learning something significant about its user base by trying this new GA button. They are realising that 90% of people either don’t do any or can’t recognise it when they see it. But that’s ok you can always just have a go at management instead!
