Going over all of the past announcements on shares issued to Staff it was when the price was low and they would have been trying to attracted the talent needed to build what they have. Burn isn’t high so its always great in hindsight to say what they should have done but maybe the smart think would have been to amortise the share last year and it would have been $500k ish and no one would have cared. Its always easy to get precious when they have built value for everyone.
