Well generally a businesses performance is based on having good management, if you did change management who are you going to put at the top, this all came about because of Jim and now they have Dan. They knew they needed to remove Pybar and now purchased a 3rd mine and gave them a contract to operate it also plus all their money and some. I would be more inclined to change owners and simply watch and wait.
This could go on for years, spinning wheels with no traction.
