If we dropped even to 29c (Almost zero chance of that) the market cap would be around $350 million. Now both Hera and Peak mills alone are worth that and Federation has $2.4 billion of resource and Peak Deeps and North are about set to go with fantastic gold grades.
So what's my point. Dargues would be worth nothing meaning we overpaid by about $200 million. At today's price It would be struggling to add $25 million to the current M.C. given prior to the market getting wind of the purchase, we had 860 million shares consistently in the 55 to lower 60s price range. The worst part of the deal of $200 odd million was that they didn't seek shareholder approval. Legal? Yes. Nasty? Also yes!
I've enjoyed reading some of the more recent posts. Also re-iterate LOCs point about copper ready. Come in Great Cobar. Anyone listening out there?
