If a CR is going to happen it doesnt matter who the major shareholders are as the offer will be made no matter what if your senario pans out. But as Jp Morgan are also bankers they may be willing to cough up enough to fund federation start up at a competitive price to prop up their investment. Current Sp is under their buy price. Maybe wishfull thinking but ya never know.
