I have a friend who worked for awhile at Dargues dealing with inventory, equipment, etc. He indicated that whilst the pay was fair the systems in place were nothing like what he had experienced in far larger corporate materials processing operations and he felt limited in suggesting or making improvements. Very little hands on or visits by board members to this minesite where plenty could be improved. Just a side comment. I sold out of AMI not long after he started working at Dargues, even though there is plenty of resource potential. Who reviews management? Well I guess the same management does so on and on it goes.
