Totally agree Konski. This current BOD's are not performing in shareholders interests and it's about time there was a shake-up. The BOD's and Managers throughout are responsible for not only the production but for the overall performance. I learned this explanation of what Management means very early in my working life in Senior Management and that 'It is seeing a problem, before it happens and making sure someone is doing something about it!' The report was pathetic and once again, as per the previous report last year, I say the BOD's should be hanging their heads in shame! Production down because of rain!!! It's a pity for us long term holders that 'management' did not wake up to this problem like they did when they sold shares, just before a negative announcement was released to the market last year!!! I continue to be disappointed with this BOD's but not at all surprised at how they are performing to date!...Rant over.
