This shows that they are working behind the scenes on these projects along with the Serbian Lithium project and the anode plant in the US. We could get announcements any day on any of these projects while Ukranian mine is in the backburner. I'm in this for the long-term and as long term and is expecting VRC to be another SYA or a CXO in a year or two. Long-term SYA holders will remember the negative comments on SYA forums when the stock was not moving around the .006 mark. Companies need time to develop their strategies and organise finances.
