The absolutely crucial point will be if the sp can hold at current levels until then. It has looked pretty weak since last change or "pivot to platform". If it breaks down from here could return to 1 c levels and end up with another billion issued. Hopefully part of the 3 million per quarter spend will be to keep the market informed and actually generate some excitement in the new look setup. I' fully expecting a consolidation with any new cr, surprised it hasn't happened already.
