Sounds like valid questions - why don't you email them for the Q&A session. I have investigated this myself and I believe the consulting fees will (have already?) prove very worthwhile as it very quickly and clearly validated significant upside in the shorter term by pursuing the platform and then following with the unicorns. I think it also provided external validation that we wern't just sucking a lemon and I believe that 2 of the new directors have come onboard as a result of the association with the consultants. Might be worth asking why they got them, who it is, whats the value proposition of using them, are they still assisting, what do they think the company is worth once this platform process is complete (ie 2nd half of 2018) etc I believe it has been a quality association but others might not think it was worth it. I dont think we will really know till later in the year - if the MCAP is 100-200m higher then maybe the money was worth it.
As an aside - I have mentioned on another thread that I am taking an exit from HC - I know I have said it before but there are new circumstances that may result in me being successful this time so don't take any silence from me as a lack of confidence in PYC - I think it is going to be a big year.
